- Set default currency for new sheets
- Add ability to select custom currencies
- Add settings menu item to select locale from File menu
- Fix crash on insertDynamicPivot due to _t
- Fix typos (noficiation > notification)
- Add feature to delete pivots and lists from sheet via button on sidebars
