This adds a module that uses reflection to make a multi-version build

@doclic
Add packet handling with reflection
79d9166
This allows use to make a multi-version build at the
cost of some performance.
Single version builds should still be maintained for
faster compatibility with new versions (easier to write
code), and better performance.

This adds a module that uses reflection to make a multi-version build

Add packet handling with reflection

This allows use to make a multi-version build at the
cost of some performance.
Single version builds should still be maintained for
faster compatibility with new versions (easier to write
code), and better performance.
