Pull request overview
Updates the repo’s pinned Helix Job Monitor tool/dependency to a newer Arcade build, aligning version tracking (Maestro Version.Details.*) with the local .NET tool manifest used by CI templates that restore and run dotnet-helix-job-monitor.
