Approving since it's a backport and the CI is green. But if possible, can @radical or @ViktorHofer confirm the versions are supposed to be the same in the 7.0 branch as in main? (I assume yes, but just want to double check before merging).

Changes look fine to me. But just because this is on a release branch which gets fewer rolling builds, I'll run runtime-wasm.

Branding has been done. Milestone is 7.0.2. Signed-off by area owners. Infra change only, no Tactics approval neede. No OOB package authoring changes needed. CI failure is unrelated (#78778).
Ready to merge. :shipit:
