DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Wanted to mention that the cookie-sync extension works for local dev, and also the vercel environment that github ci spins up for each pull-request. I think getting all the keywords in there is helpful so people can find the paragraph more often.

Wanted to mention that the cookie-sync extension works for local dev, and also the vercel environment that github ci spins up for each pull-request. I think getting all the keywords in there is helpful so people can find the paragraph more often.
