notion recently changed their name to volta (as to ease confusion with notion.so). volta yells at you if you have the old toolchain key defined, so let us upgrade.

notion recently changed their name to volta (as to ease confusion with notion.so). volta yells at you if you have the old toolchain key defined, so let us upgrade.
