Bumps packages/extension/package.json0.0.4 → 0.1.0 to cut the first minor release.

Bundles everything merged since v0.0.4-alpha.2 (~88 commits), including the now-complete cloud → run-inspector pulse chain:

Vendored opencode stays pinned at v1.17.3-amicode.12 (contains the Claude 5 thinking provider-sync fix).

After merge: tag v0.1.0-alpha.1 (prerelease) → verify the release build → promote.yml → clean v0.1.0 + Marketplace publish.

Bumps packages/extension/package.json0.0.4 → 0.1.0 to cut the first minor release.
Bundles everything merged since v0.0.4-alpha.2 (~88 commits), including the now-complete cloud → run-inspector pulse chain:
Vendored opencode stays pinned at v1.17.3-amicode.12 (contains the Claude 5 thinking provider-sync fix).
After merge: tag v0.1.0-alpha.1 (prerelease) → verify the release build → promote.yml → clean v0.1.0 + Marketplace publish.
