Closes#412. Stacked on #405's branch — retarget to main after #407 merges.

The replacement for the channel's unidentified personal-automation digest:

  • The profile IS the corpus: tag/system frequencies across the unified fold (91 notes), recency-decayed (180-day half-life) — fresh reading defines current taste, old interests fade but never vanish. No hand-tuned keyword list, no model in the loop.
  • Explainable ranking: every pick carries its matched terms (title×3, abstract×1, word-boundary safe, compound terms weigh more); zero-score items are dropped as irrelevant, not padded in.
  • Dedup by construction: identities in the corpus or the posted-state file never repost; reruns are idempotent.
  • Zero-dep: RSS-subset parser (entities/CDATA, degrades to empty on bad feeds); network rides the curl seam (S31 — which also caught a banned flag name and even a banned comment; the guards earn their keep).
  • Deployment (already live on the mini): frozen bundle at ~/.amico/ops/papers-digest/bin (sha256 sidecar — the server pattern), launchd agent daily 09:00, posts as the Amico bot to #papers. Today's digest landed: 5 of 108 new, 31 dropped as irrelevant — rydberg metrology, trapped-ion cooling, Purcell readout, XZZX decoders.

Scores drift sub-percent between runs — recency decay is wall-clock dependent (pinned now in tests; live drift is semantically irrelevant). The old personal-automation digest is not ours to remove — retiring it is a human ask to whoever runs it (posted as user U0B7S1GV8RY).

Verification: 20/20 new tests, amico-run suite green (known pre-existing agent_spawn leak aside), tsc clean, one real post verified in-channel.
