It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.

It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.

It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.

It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.

It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.

It's a little strange that we test ScorerAccountingForInFlightHtlcs in this crate still in considers_inflight_htlcs_between_retries. Probably should move the test.
