Issue summary

It is currently very simple to install wsl, so most of the steps in /docs/WSL.md can be removed. I did have an issue and had to restart after running wsl --install, but I only needed that command.

What documentation should be provided?

My suggestion would be to add the steps:

1. [Optional, might not be necessary] Reboot
2. Open PowerShell in Admin mode
3. Run wsl --install
4. Reboot
