Bumps version to 0.1.12 and updates CHANGELOG.md with the five PRs merged since v0.1.11.

Changes

PRs included in 0.1.12

Added

  • #152 — Unified reasoning.effort configuration for per-agent and workflow-wide control of model reasoning / extended-thinking effort
  • #151 — Tag-based versioning for the workflow registry (auto-discover from git tags, workflow#ref syntax, CDN cache-busting)

Fixed

  • #155 — conductor update reliability on Windows (running-process pre-flight, retry, broader entrypoint rename, --force flag)
  • #153 — Dashboard layout for workflows with human_gate options and loop-back routes
  • #149 — Windows install failures now surface diagnostics (uv output capture + correct Defender cmdlet)

Verification

  • uv sync clean ✓
  • git log v0.1.11..main --oneline confirms exactly these five PRs
