react-native-macos extends BaseViewProps and BaseViewEventEmitter with additional functionality (e.g., validKeysUp, focusable, onMouseEnter, etc.).
This set of changes unblocks prop parsing and event capabilities for desktop specific behaviors in RCTViewComponentView.
