Fix Board filters resetting and remove stale project-label filtering #42

Description

@joryirving

Problem

The Board filter controls appear populated, but selecting a repo/priority/agent/owner does not visibly apply the filter. The selected dropdown value resets back to “All Repos”, “All Agents”, “All Owners”, or “All Priorities”.

The app is on Next 16.x, where App Router searchParams should be treated as async. src/app/board/page.tsx currently appears to type searchParams as a plain object and reads values synchronously.

This likely causes the server page to miss query params after FilterBar updates the URL, so the controlled selects receive empty activeFilters and reset to All *.

Related UX issues

  1. Agent and owner dropdowns are only populated from labels matching:

    • agent/*
    • owner/*

    If issues do not use those labels, the dropdowns are effectively empty. Decide whether label-only behavior is intener these should also support assignees, AgentRun names, or configured agents.

  2. The Board still has a Project name text filter that maps to project/${project} labels. We do not use project/* labels; repository boundaries are project boundaries. This filter is stale and should be removed or changed to repo/project grouping semantics.

Acceptance criteria

  • src/app/board/page.tsx uses Next-compatible async searchParams handling.
  • Selecting a repo updates the URL and keeps the repo selected after navigation.
  • Selecting a priority updates the URL and keeps the priority selected after navigation.
  • Filtering actually changes the issue set shown on the board.
  • “Clear filter” behavior still works by selecting the All * option.
  • Add regression tests for Board search param handling if practical.
  • Decide and document Agent/Owner filter behavior:
    • either label-only by design, with clear UI text
    • or expand to assignees/configured agents
  • Remove or redesign the stale Project name textter, since projects are repo-based and project/* labels are not required.

Likely fix direction

Use async searchParams in the Board page, e.g.:

exportdefaultasyncfunctionBoardPage({
searchParams,}: {searchParams: Promise<{repo?: string;agent?: string;owner?: string;project?: string;priority?: string;}>;}){constparams=awaitsearchParams;// use params.repo / params.agent / params.owner / params.priority}AlsoremoveorredesigntheProjecttextfilter.Reposaretheprojectboundaryforthisapp.

                      Use async searchParams in the Board page, e.g.:

                      exportdefaultasyncfunctionBoardPage({
