I've pulled this branch and tested. It seems very close to working. I get an error in thunderbird saying an unknown error occurred when communicating with [Nextcloud Provider name]- however the file is successfully uploaded. The filename is prepended with a string of numbers. Any suggestions as to how I could help troubleshoot/debug this? I'd really like to get this working for an integration I'm doing for a client.

I've tested that now, too. Looks good and seems to work. No errors have occurred.
The filenames are preceded by number strings. But I don't know if that was the case before.

After a new installation of Thunderbird I can't get the AddOn to run anymore. The version is 68.2.1 (64-bit). In the Preferences click on the button "Connect your Nextcloud account...". nothing happens anymore.

I've tested it with TB 68.2.1 on Linux, same result as KROOM: Button "Connect your Nextcloud account..." hasn't any effect, the entered configuration data are not stored.

@guillaumev It seems to be fixed now by somebody else, maybe you can merge the code and release a new version of the addon?
