No, but an increase of the timeout to 120s did, so when your server manages to dowbload more than 2mb/s you should be save in 18.0.1 |

Thanks for this patch,but there is another problem. While the $timeout of Installer.php is 0 when use cli,the fetch.php has timeout for 10 seconds...so it is still has timeout when use cli actually. |

I tested it also with the latest docker image (nextcloud:18.0.3) and i got the same problem. |
