No, but an increase of the timeout to 120s did, so when your server manages to dowbload more than 2mb/s you should be save in 18.0.1

This patch is working, just tested on a failing server. Applied the patch, and all good!

Thanks for this patch,but there is another problem.

While the $timeout of Installer.php is 0 when use cli,the fetch.php has timeout for 10 seconds...so it is still has timeout when use cli actually.

I tested it also with the latest docker image (nextcloud:18.0.3) and i got the same problem.
I can only install apps via cli with overwriting the timeout to a large value before.

from 18.0.0 - 18.0.4 facing issue apps store not showing any apps,,,,,
only fix i got by increasing server/lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/Fetcher.php timeout value so i hope from nextcloud 19 it get fixed by default
