Locks the master-detail entry-point wiring into CI. The ModalForm/DrawerForm subform-hosting behavior (#1529/#1530) was previously covered only by opt-in live e2e (not run in CI). Adds unit tests:

ModalForm with subforms renders MasterDetailForm inside the dialog (md-form-submit + child section visible, plain modal-form-footer suppressed).
DrawerForm with subforms renders MasterDetailForm inside the drawer.
ModalForm without subforms renders a normal form (footer present, no md-form-submit).

80 plugin-form tests pass. Test-only; no behavior change.
