Hi there 👋

I'm Patrik Mintěl, and primarly I'm web developer. I'm currently studying the Masters's of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.

🖥️ Technologies i use

Web Development

As a main framework I use SvelteKitSvelteKit, which uses SvelteSvelte on the frontend and Node.jsNode.js on the backend. I also use TypeScriptTypeScript instead of bare JavaScriptJavaScript and for design I use Tailwind CSSTailwind CSS. For database I use MySQLMySQL or MariaDBMariaDB, but MariaDB is preferred.

Other

I sometimes use PythonPython, C++C++ or CC and RustRust which I'm still learning.

Other technologies, that I use are GitGit + GithubGithub for version control, Visual Studio CodeVSCode as editor, ArchLinuxArchLinux with Hyprland as main OS and Zsh as shell. My whole dotfiles are available here (It's quiet messy, but I'm working on it)

🔭 About me

In free time I do astrophotography, some images can be found here. Also I developed some npm packages which can be found here:

  • SvelteKit API - Basically I was tired of writing many +server.ts files, so I made something similar to TRPC
  • CreateApp - Because I was lazy to do the same thing over and over again, I made a package that does it for me. For Svelte 5 it uses sv under the hood, but it still works.

Also I'm hosting much of all my work on my home server :). It have the Intel N100 with 32GB DDR4 ram, the Raid 5 (with 3x2TB HDDS) resulting in 4TB usable capacity and its running Proxmox :). Some of the apps I migrated to my github org here: https://github.com/Patrik-Homelab

  • Personal Website - Is hosted at patrick115.eu and is made with SvelteKit. Currently it is somehow migrated to Svelte 5, but need to rework it.
  • Tondik Web Server - Was my Project at school in Programming in C++. It is a simple WebServer, which can serve static files and support more subdomains/hosts.
  • Family APP - Family app, which I'm currently writing for my family.
  • AstroCopy - Simple tool written in Rust, which helped me with sorting my Astrophotography images from ASIIMG into folders.
  • Minonka - Discord bot, which I'm currently writing. It is writtend in discord.js and is used for getting statistics from League of Legends API, about your profile, ranks etc..
  • WPlaceDownloader - Simple https://wplace.live canvas downloader. Also In that repo every 3 hours, I create snapshot of the canvas, so then I can make the timelapse from it

  • WPlaceDownloader - Simple https://wplace.live canvas downloader. Also In that repo every 3 hours, I create snapshot of the canvas, so then I can make the timelapse from it

  • Personal Website - Is hosted at patrick115.eu and is made with SvelteKit. Currently it is somehow migrated to Svelte 5, but need to rework it.
  • Tondik Web Server - Was my Project at school in Programming in C++. It is a simple WebServer, which can serve static files and support more subdomains/hosts.
  • Family APP - Family app, which I'm currently writing for my family.
  • AstroCopy - Simple tool written in Rust, which helped me with sorting my Astrophotography images from ASIIMG into folders.
  • Minonka - Discord bot, which I'm currently writing. It is writtend in discord.js and is used for getting statistics from League of Legends API, about your profile, ranks etc..
  • WPlaceDownloader - Simple https://wplace.live canvas downloader. Also In that repo every 3 hours, I create snapshot of the canvas, so then I can make the timelapse from it

Hi there 👋
I'm Patrik Mintěl, and primarly I'm web developer. I'm currently studying the Masters's of Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
🖥️ Technologies i use
Web Development
As a main framework I use SvelteKitSvelteKit, which uses SvelteSvelte on the frontend and Node.jsNode.js on the backend. I also use TypeScriptTypeScript instead of bare JavaScriptJavaScript and for design I use Tailwind CSSTailwind CSS. For database I use MySQLMySQL or MariaDBMariaDB, but MariaDB is preferred.
Other
I sometimes use PythonPython, C++C++ or CC and RustRust which I'm still learning.
Other technologies, that I use are GitGit + GithubGithub for version control, Visual Studio CodeVSCode as editor, ArchLinuxArchLinux with Hyprland as main OS and Zsh as shell. My whole dotfiles are available here (It's quiet messy, but I'm working on it)

In free time I do astrophotography, some images can be found here. Also I developed some npm packages which can be found here:

  • CreateApp - Because I was lazy to do the same thing over and over again, I made a package that does it for me. For Svelte 5 it uses sv under the hood, but it still works.
