This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

Releases

@plotday/twister@0.61.0

Added

  • NewLink.autoThread ({ key, mode }) and Connector.autoThreading / autoThreadingByDefault for opt-in sequential auto-threading — the runtime folds a conversation that arrives as separate top-level messages into one thread. (#208c0c7efd)
  • scheduleTask(key, callback, { runAt }) and cancelScheduledTask(key) on the Tasks tool (and as this.scheduleTask/this.cancelScheduledTask helpers on Twist/Tool). These manage a singleton scheduled task per key — re-scheduling under the same key atomically cancels and replaces any pending task. Use them for recurring/self-renewing jobs (watch/webhook renewals, polling, deferred cleanup) instead of hand-managing tokens with runTask({ runAt }) + cancelTask(), which is easy to get wrong and can leak parallel self-perpetuating task chains. (#205cf9d88a)
  • DeliveryError type plus deliveryError on NoteWriteBackResult and NewLinkWithNotes.originatingNote, so connectors can report an unrecoverable outbound send/write-back failure. The runtime records it on the note (the app shows a "Failed to send" affordance with Retry / Discard) and marks the thread unread. Connectors should return a deliveryError for expected, user-visible failures (rejected recipient, message too large) instead of throwing; throwing still surfaces a generic "Failed to send". (#20744723d4)

This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

Releases

@plotday/twister@0.61.0
