This PR proposes to replace DASH_HOST and DASH_PORT with HOST and PORT, since the former were never actively used in practice, and for parity with Dash for Python.

This PR proposes to replace DASH_HOST and DASH_PORT with HOST and PORT, since the former were never actively used in practice, and for parity with Dash for Python.
