Follow-up to #5673
Remove Mapbox references in docs following removal of Mapbox traces from plotly.js and plotly.py.
Note that the "plotly.js dev build" job will still fail for the same reason mentioned in #5673, and the Kaleido v0 test is still failing for an unknown reason but that's OK because Kaleido v0 support will be removed in v7.0 (see #5677).
