[BUG] Fix implicit import type checking error #148

Describe the bug

In files that use project imports and don't use relative imports, the type checker (basedpyright) raises [reportImplicitRelativeImport] error.
This is found in the main.py file and a couple of cog files.

Expected behavior

Not have any type errors while importing. To fix this we can convert all relative and implicit relative imports to absolute imports. We'll also have to run the bot like so in the Docker-bot file-

CMD ["uv", "run", "--frozen", "--no-cache", "--no-dev", "--package", "eos-bot", "python", "-m", "src.bot.main"]

To Reproduce

Install basedpyright and run basedpyright .

Not have any type errors while importing. To fix this we can convert all relative and implicit relative imports to absolute imports. We'll also have to run the bot like so in the Docker-bot file-
