SplitPageLayout.Pane minWidth is hardcoded

Description

The min width is hardcoded here. We need this value to be configurable to meet the code nav design which has a min width of 320px for the pane.

Steps to reproduce

Min width is hardcoded and the minWidth on the sx prop of the SplitPageLayout.Pane does not get honored.
