What to build

Re-scan the immutable 2026-07-23 hour-20 Polymarket market tape with the pinned current Rust uploader and publish one new content-addressed triplet whose manifest explicitly attests the quote-quality policy required by #308. The decompressed NDJSON rows remain byte-for-byte identical; only the authenticated manifest/schema and object identity are regenerated.

Acceptance criteria

• Bind the original hour-20 market object, content SHA 468946c01ff45a61797ad941b7525f096475ebfed791c90bc11d5f2ef36adcd6, manifest SHA d533e7d6622dc11ca4d531652c04dced7ee9f1ff2cc1aa765b7539e30d443077, and _SUCCESS.
• Record the decompressed source byte count and SHA before re-authentication.
• The pinned current Rust uploader publishes a new canonical, segment-complete, source-closed triplet with quote_quality_complete=true and the original full-depth one-second event-scoped policy.
• Decompressed new rows are byte-for-byte identical to the original and retain the ten selected BTCUSDT five-minute event/token books.
• A separate read-only cloud Job downloads the new OSS triplet and verifies content SHA, manifest SHA, _SUCCESS, decompressed row SHA, and byte-for-byte equality with the original.
• Compile a multi-event causally available BTC 5m Polymarket evidence cohort #308 consumes only the new triplet; no verifier predicate is relaxed.

Runtime controller claim: this Codex thread /root is the sole ACK controller for #312. Authorized mutation is one append-only Rust uploader re-authentication of the immutable hour-20 market bytes plus one independent read-only OSS readback. The original object remains immutable. No collector service, reference data, evidence selection, verifier, snapshot, evaluator, ECS, Paper, Shadow, or Live state may change.

Focused cloud proof shows this byte-identical migration cannot satisfy the current trust contract.

Job polymarket-market-reauth-312-0724a verified the original content and manifest, decompressed the immutable tape, and invoked the pinned current Rust uploader. The uploader failed closed at source line 127: quote requires request_status=success.

The old continuously recorded hour tape omitted per-request success/result provenance. That field cannot be derived safely from a visible LOB row because missing samples may represent failed requests. Adding it would change the rows and fabricate quote-quality provenance, violating this issue's byte-identical contract. No new object or PVC output was published, and no verifier predicate was relaxed.

A fresh bounded current-recorder acquisition is required instead; this issue is closed as not planned rather than weakened.
