Re-sync from the upstream ProjectTemplate.

Content changes

  • AGENTS.md - add the PR Review Etiquette Merge Gate section and the "Mandatory in every derived repo" note; add the codegen-determinism rule to the Branching Model; refine the review-loop wording (explicit requestReviews re-request); judgement->judgment.
  • publish-release.yml - fail fast when workflow_dispatch runs off the default branch, since the matrix builds both branches and a non-default ref mis-versions the main leg.
  • .editorconfig / .markdownlint-cli2.jsonc - comment-wording fixes.

EOL

  • Normalizes dependabot.yml and the workflow .yml files to CRLF per .editorconfig; no content change in those files.

Re-sync from the upstream ProjectTemplate.
Content changes
  • AGENTS.md - add the PR Review Etiquette Merge Gate section and the "Mandatory in every derived repo" note; add the codegen-determinism rule to the Branching Model; refine the review-loop wording (explicit requestReviews re-request); judgement->judgment.
  • publish-release.yml - fail fast when workflow_dispatch runs off the default branch, since the matrix builds both branches and a non-default ref mis-versions the main leg.
  • .editorconfig / .markdownlint-cli2.jsonc - comment-wording fixes.
EOL
  • Normalizes dependabot.yml and the workflow .yml files to CRLF per .editorconfig; no content change in those files.
