…185) Re-sync from the upstream ProjectTemplate. ## Content changes - **AGENTS.md** - add the PR Review Etiquette **Merge Gate** section and the "Mandatory in every derived repo" note; add the **codegen-determinism** rule to the Branching Model; refine the review-loop wording (explicit `requestReviews` re-request); `judgement`->`judgment`. - **publish-release.yml** - fail fast when `workflow_dispatch` runs off the default branch, since the matrix builds both branches and a non-default ref mis-versions the main leg. - **.editorconfig** / **.markdownlint-cli2.jsonc** - comment-wording fixes. ## EOL - Normalizes `dependabot.yml` and the workflow `.yml` files to CRLF per `.editorconfig`; no content change in those files.
