DO NOT MERGE. Personal-fork V1 stack for review and iteration.

Typing /environment, /worktree, or /branch in the composer had no keyboard path to the existing context pickers.

This adds the three built-in slash commands, exposes them only when their picker is usable, opens the existing toolbar controls, consumes one-shot requests safely across responsive remounts, and restores composer focus only for slash-initiated picker use.

Validation:

  • vp test run apps/web/src/components/chat/composerBuiltInCommands.test.ts apps/web/src/components/chat/composerSlashCommandSearch.test.ts apps/web/src/composer-logic.test.ts (42 tests)
  • pnpm --filter @t3tools/web typecheck
  • targeted vp lint on the nine changed files
  • T3 collaborative browser: desktop /environment, /worktree, and /branch; real second environment over Tailscale; keyboard selection and dismissal; responsive desktop-to-phone remount; ordinary toolbar focus behavior

Warning
DO NOT MERGE. Personal-fork V1 stack for review and iteration.
Typing /environment, /worktree, or /branch in the composer had no keyboard path to the existing context pickers.
This adds the three built-in slash commands, exposes them only when their picker is usable, opens the existing toolbar controls, consumes one-shot requests safely across responsive remounts, and restores composer focus only for slash-initiated picker use.
Validation:
  • vp test run apps/web/src/components/chat/composerBuiltInCommands.test.ts apps/web/src/components/chat/composerSlashCommandSearch.test.ts apps/web/src/composer-logic.test.ts (42 tests)
  • pnpm --filter @t3tools/web typecheck
  • targeted vp lint on the nine changed files
  • T3 collaborative browser: desktop /environment, /worktree, and /branch; real second environment over Tailscale; keyboard selection and dismissal; responsive desktop-to-phone remount; ordinary toolbar focus behavior
Built with GPT-5.6-Sol in the Codex harness through T3 Code.
