In fact, err is incorrect and should be terr.

Looks like a legitimate bug to me, I also don't see any potential BC break issues unless we don't want to error out when we fail to destroy the flow state.

Looks like a legitimate bug to me, I also don't see any potential BC break issues unless we don't want to error out when we fail to destroy the flow state.
