Version bump to publish the live-output streaming changes already merged to main.

Ships since v0.77.0

Release mechanics

publish.yml triggers on a v* tag (not on merge). After this merges, pushing tag v0.78.0 runs verify (lint/test/build/typecheck/verify:package + tag↔version lock = 0.78.0) → OIDC publish to npm.

Version-only change; no lockfile/dependency change.

Ships since v0.77.0
Release mechanics
publish.yml triggers on a v* tag (not on merge). After this merges, pushing tag v0.78.0 runs verify (lint/test/build/typecheck/verify:package + tag↔version lock = 0.78.0) → OIDC publish to npm.
Version-only change; no lockfile/dependency change.
