Summary

  • Add opencode CLI support to spawner: run --format json args and -m model flag
  • Compose provider/model string in orchestrator for opencode agents
  • Thread resource_limits through SpawnRequest to spawner
  • Add wall-clock timeout in poll_agent_exits() to kill hung agents
  • Fix compound review to use cli_tool, provider, model from CompoundReviewConfig

Test plan

  • cargo test -p terraphim_spawner -- 46 tests pass (includes 4 new opencode tests + 3 resource_limits tests)
  • cargo test -p terraphim_orchestrator -- 13 tests pass (includes 2 new composition tests + 1 timeout test)
  • cargo clippy -p terraphim_spawner -p terraphim_orchestrator -- -D warnings -- clean
  • Deploy to bigbox and verify all 12 active agents run non-interactively
  • Verify memory < 10GB after 24h operation

feat(adf): inject skill_chain content into agent prompts
b1e25b4
Agents now receive their configured skill instructions (from SKILL.md
files) as part of the composed prompt. Previously skill_chain was parsed
from TOML config but never used -- skill content was silently discarded.
Changes:
- Add skill_data_dir to OrchestratorConfig (defaults to ~/.claude/skills)
- Add load_skill_chain_content() method that reads and strips YAML
frontmatter from each SKILL.md in the chain
- Inject skill content after persona preamble, before task
- Force stdin delivery when skills are loaded (prompts grow 10-30KB)
- Log skill loading and injection for observability
Verified: test-guardian prompt grew from 2606 to 15417 bytes with
testing + acceptance-testing skills injected.

Summary
  • Add opencode CLI support to spawner: run --format json args and -m model flag
  • Compose provider/model string in orchestrator for opencode agents
  • Thread resource_limits through SpawnRequest to spawner
  • Add wall-clock timeout in poll_agent_exits() to kill hung agents
  • Fix compound review to use cli_tool, provider, model from CompoundReviewConfig
Test plan
  • cargo test -p terraphim_spawner -- 46 tests pass (includes 4 new opencode tests + 3 resource_limits tests)
  • cargo test -p terraphim_orchestrator -- 13 tests pass (includes 2 new composition tests + 1 timeout test)
  • cargo clippy -p terraphim_spawner -p terraphim_orchestrator -- -D warnings -- clean
  •  Deploy to bigbox and verify all 12 active agents run non-interactively
  •  Verify memory < 10GB after 24h operation

feat(adf): inject skill_chain content into agent prompts
b1e25b4
Agents now receive their configured skill instructions (from SKILL.md
files) as part of the composed prompt. Previously skill_chain was parsed
from TOML config but never used -- skill content was silently discarded.
Changes:
- Add skill_data_dir to OrchestratorConfig (defaults to ~/.claude/skills)
- Add load_skill_chain_content() method that reads and strips YAML
frontmatter from each SKILL.md in the chain
- Inject skill content after persona preamble, before task
- Force stdin delivery when skills are loaded (prompts grow 10-30KB)
- Log skill loading and injection for observability
Verified: test-guardian prompt grew from 2606 to 15417 bytes with
testing + acceptance-testing skills injected.
