This commit adds files needed to created a swift package that includes an xcframework with uniffi rust binary libs for macOS (aarch64 and x86_64), iOS (aarch64), and xcode iOS simulator (aarch64 and x86_64). The resulting swift package can be included as a local package dependency when creating a macOS and iOS Xcode project.

This commit adds files needed to created a swift package that includes an xcframework with uniffi rust binary libs for macOS (aarch64 and x86_64), iOS (aarch64), and xcode iOS simulator (aarch64 and x86_64). The resulting swift package can be included as a local package dependency when creating a macOS and iOS Xcode project.
