- Add server-side config API to expose environment-based settings
- Add WorldConfigProvider context with source tracking
- Process query params → localStorage → clear URL flow
- Show locked (env) vs editable fields in settings panel
- Display config source in connection status
- Fix CLI spawn deprecation warning by using single shell command
