…cases (#2141) Migrates the ~105 `command-*` package-manager passthrough cases (add, dedupe, install, link, list, outdated, owner, prune, publish, remove, unlink, update, view, why across npm/pnpm/yarn/bun) from both legacy trees to the PTY snapshot suite, and removes the legacy dirs. Same-name cases in both trees merge as `vp = ["local", "global"]`. Hand conversions: legacy json-edit expressions became `vpt json-edit` dot-path sets, `test -d ... && exit 1 || true` became `stat-file --assert-not dir`, and view/install pipe-and-sed wrappers became plain steps whose output the snapshot asserts. Baselines are recorded in the pinned blank-line layout the parent PR adds to the redaction layer. Part of #2116.
