ci: pin canonical awkward-layout fixture

Summary

Advance only the pinned awkward-lib fixture from its stale root-target alias to merged commit 6ccc922f4cb27b4a3de5f0e113c4bbf20d736300. All other fixture SHAs and the lifecycle harness remain byte-for-byte pinned.
