develop_shell_edge_casesUnix-only helper guards and also covers thetests/e2e.rsshell-script bin fixtures subsequently exposed by Windows all-target Clippy. It keeps one canonical two-file prerequisite and validates the full Windows test/Clippy boundary.No product semantics are lost by closing this duplicate.
