This pull request removes @Skip annotations from several test files, moves feedback_tester.dart to the local test directory, and extracts the _findByTooltip helper function into a shared finders.dart file to be reused across tests. Feedback recommends replacing a null-assert operator on widget.richMessage in finders.dart with null-safe optional chaining and a fallback value to prevent potential runtime exceptions.
