This introduces a new server.keepAliveTimeoutBuffer option to control
an additional buffer time added to the socket timeout used for HTTP keep-alive.

The actual socket timeout for incoming HTTP connections is now computed as:

socketTimeout = server.keepAliveTimeout + server.keepAliveTimeoutBuffer

This buffer helps prevent ECONNRESET errors caused by the server closing
the socket slightly earlier than expected by some clients.

  • Added new property: server.keepAliveTimeoutBuffer (default: 1000ms)
  • Replaces the previously hardcoded constant
    HTTP_SERVER_KEEP_ALIVE_TIMEOUT_BUFFER = 1000 in lib/_http_server.js
    (was marked with a TODO: make this configurable)
  • Updated documentation in doc/api/http.md
  • Added new test file: test/parallel/test-http-keep-alive-timeout-buffer.js

This change does not affect existing connections when the value is modified.

Hi @jazelly, I noticed you previously left a TODO in this area, so I thought you might be interested.

This PR makes server.keepAliveTimeoutBuffer configurable (default: 1000ms) and removes the hardcoded constant.

If you have a moment to review, I’d really appreciate your feedback.

The test-macos failure doesn't seem related to the changes in this PR — all other CI jobs passed.

Let me know if you'd like me to rebase or do anything else. Thanks.
