What

Drops the stale investment-freeze parenthetical from the domain:engine row of the pm-dispatch domain-lane table (.claude/skills/pm-dispatch/SKILL.md, line 266). The freeze it described (maintainer, 2026-08-05, driver-memory / driver-mongodb) was dissolved by two maintainer rulings on 2026-08-11 recorded on the #5499 anchor (comments 5249019855 and 5252526378): 「5499 解冻 mongodb 相关开发,继续全速推进」 and 「driver-memory 也解冻…」. The DROP option was chosen (PM preference): the parenthetical is deleted rather than re-dated, so the row cannot go stale on this axis again — #5499 carries its own history.

Premise verified on disk before editing: the head note of packages/spec/src/data/aggregation-conformance.ts (lines 141-143 at this branch's base) records both lifts — "the maintainer lifted the #5499 investment freeze for driver-mongodb on 2026-08-11 and for driver-memory later the same day".
