…th date pointers Execute the X0 quote policy on the PM skill's main file: at every pointer-eligible site the verbatim maintainer quotation (and the lead-in that only introduced it) becomes the date pointer `（YYYY-MM-DD 裁定）`, with the rule stated by the surrounding text. The five KEEP sites whose words are themselves the operative criterion keep their quotes; the frame paragraph sites are untouched; the one undated quote is kept (NODATE). No issue number, comment id or URL is written; check-skill-id-lint keeps enforcing the 2026-08-12 convention. 989 -> 964 lines, shrink-only, no untouched line re-wrapped. …e date-pointer form Seat review increment: the four on-surface sentences that still described provenance as date + verbatim now state the form the surface follows — date, with verbatim only where the quoted words are themselves the operative criterion (SKILL.md, os-dev.md, references/dispatch-runbook.md x2) — and the last 原话-pointer in references/seat-post-protocol.md becomes a plain pointer. Every touched file stays at net line delta at most 0 and every rewritten line at most 120 bytes; lanes/director.md:4 (which governs the KEEP quotes) is untouched.
