Discussion: an element that is both a Circles/Points and Table at the same time #45

Description

@LucaMarconato

Since Circles and Points are in tabular form, it may be convenient to allow to have just one table at the same time describing the spatial information of the regions and annotating the regions object itself. This could be interpreted as having an objecting which is at the same time a Circles/Points and a Table, and where the Table is annotating itself.
Such a possibility would have implication in other parts of the specification (for instance its relationship with the support for multiple tables), so this discussion is deferred to a future time where a more solid implementation is available and we can test and explore the various implications.
