Two small corrections to the ecosystem list on the documentation landing page (docs/index.md):

  1. napari-spatialdata-repo→napari-spatialdata in the package name (repo link label remains -repo).
  2. R implementation renamed — the repository has been renamed from HelenaLC/SpatialData to HelenaLC/spatialdataR. The old link still resolves through GitHub's rename redirect, but the displayed name no longer matches what the package calls itself. Updated both the name and the link target.

- `napari-spatialdata-repo` -> `napari-spatialdata`: the bullet label had
leaked the Markdown link-reference name into the rendered package name.
- The R implementation has been renamed from `SpatialData` to `spatialdataR`;
update both the displayed name and the repository link, which previously
only resolved via GitHub's rename redirect.

- `napari-spatialdata-repo` -> `napari-spatialdata`: the bullet label had
leaked the Markdown link-reference name into the rendered package name.
- The R implementation has been renamed from `SpatialData` to `spatialdataR`;
update both the displayed name and the repository link, which previously
only resolved via GitHub's rename redirect.

Two small corrections to the ecosystem list on the documentation landing page (docs/index.md):
  1. napari-spatialdata-repo→napari-spatialdata in the package name (repo link label remains -repo).
