Preserve canonical Zed project identity while launching Windows child shells from equivalent process-compatible paths. PowerShell command mode now suppresses profiles and prompts; interactive startup remains native; cmd.exe keeps AutoRun disabled. Includes UTF-16 disk/UNC normalization, synchronized shell matrices, native profile and child-cwd regressions, and the reviewed trust-boundary documentation. Refs DEN-1616, DEN-1634, and DEN-1614.

Temporary semantic integration PR. Current
mainhas advanced with Windows command-mode work insrc/dev.rsand related tests/workflows, whileagent/mixed-git-submodule-overtakechanges only Git-submodule interoperability files. The histories are conceptually independent and should be combined without discarding either side. After this merge, PR #105 will be zero commits behindmainand its exact final head can be revalidated.
