PR #91 carries the reviewed static mise import/verify surface as an eight-file feature diff on current
main, semantically includes merged Windows prerequisites #92 and #94, and is fully green across everyzed-cliworkflow.Independent cross-platform certification is in zed-pkg-test/zed-pkg-e2e#7. Its immutable Ubuntu 24.04, macOS 15, and Windows Server 2025 matrix, aggregate gate, and all ordinary E2E workflows are green against exact CLI head
