• ⛔ 变异测试本身可能没变异。 dev 的头两次变异用 perl \Q…\E 引用静默 no-op,跑出来是绿 —— 「变异了但断言没抓到」与「根本没变异」输出完全同形。它靠 echo 变异后那一行才发现。⇒ 跑变异前先回读被改的那行;未验明变异体的绿色结果不算数。
