Follow up to adding loading more span support; if there's 100's of spans loaded, it will lag on animation states. Adding virtualization to account for those large runs.

No backport to stable for 445ec8c (AI decision).

This change adds virtualization to the new-trace-viewer component (under packages/web-shared/src/components/new-trace-viewer/), which does not exist on stable — only the older trace-viewer directory is present there. The commit therefore builds on main-only functionality and is not applicable to stable.

To override, re-run the Backport to stable workflow manually via workflow_dispatch and paste this commit SHA into the ref input:
