Dark dropdowns, buttons, and the composer were lifting too far from the neutral-black canvas. This lowers the shared raised, overlay, secondary, and muted control surfaces, and routes the composer through the semantic raised-surface token. Verified with the 34-test theme palette suite, web typecheck, targeted lint, formatting, and diff checks. Built with gpt-5.6-sol through the Codex harness.
