Both GP-MRB and CNL-rt274 cause a lot of conflicts with upstream and chromeOS. Let's remove the code for now since we are busy with BDW/GLK/WHL/ICL. The existing code can be retrieved with the tag hardware/before-gp-mrb-cnlrt274-removal

this may be revisited, e.g. for SoundWire support, but for now let's
reduce the differences with upstream.

In case when is64 == 1 in emit(A64_REV32(is64, dst, dst), ctx) the
generated insn reverses byte order for both high and low 32-bit words,
resuling in an incorrect swap as indicated by the jit test:
